About Share An Opportunity Uganda
Share An Opportunity Uganda (SAO-U) is a Christian, child-centered NGO that began its operations in 1991 and was registered in 2002. Affiliated with the Baptist Union of Uganda, we empower communities to nurture and protect children for holistic development.
From grassroots beginnings we now serve Abim, Buikwe, Mbale, Sironko, Kaberamaido, Hoima and Kikuube — guided by one vision: a holistically developed child within the community.
